Team BFC accepted an invite to minister to the learners at Laerskool Koedoeskop just outside Thabazimbi in Limpopo on Friday, 1 November 2024. It was hot, very hot, and the team now has a pretty good idea of what Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego experienced!
After a very warm welcome (no pun intended) we met with the Grade R – 3 learners, performing our feats of strength amidst deafening screams of encouragement. Through the sharing of our testimonies, the Holy Spirit spoke into areas of families, discipline and bullying.
The team enjoyed a light lunch before meeting the older children in Grades 4 to 7. After demonstrating some feats, our testimonies, guided once again by the Holy Spirit, addressed bullying, self-validation and misuse of social media.
An incredible Spirit led outreach! We give a big shout out to Maritza and the teachers of Laerskool Koedoeskop.
